Executive Limo, also known as ETL Limos, provides chauffeured transportation in Atlanta. This page describes the website and booking setup we delivered: what each part does, and how it works for passengers and for the owner.
The business
ETL Limos offers chauffeured rides in the Atlanta area, including trips to and from the airport. Like most chauffeured transportation companies, it relies on passengers being able to find the business online, understand the price and book with confidence.
What they needed
- A booking flow that handles airport trips properly, including flight details.
- Pricing that follows trip distance in a clear, consistent way.
- A cash option for passengers who prefer to pay the chauffeur directly.
- A simple way to ask passengers for Google reviews.
- A place to publish helpful articles.
- A site set up to be found in search from day one.
What we built
Airport trips with flight detection
For passengers, booking an airport trip works the way they expect. When the pickup location is recognized as an airport, the booking form asks for flight details. The passenger does not need to pick a special option or remember to add a note.
For the owner, every airport pickup arrives with the flight details already attached to the booking. There is no follow-up call or text to chase a flight number, and the chauffeur has what they need before heading out.
A mileage band rate card
Trips are priced using mileage bands. The rate card splits distance into bands, and each band carries its own rate. When a passenger enters pickup and drop-off addresses, the system works out the distance and applies the matching band.
For passengers, this means an instant price instead of waiting for a quote. For the owner, pricing stays consistent from one trip to the next, and the rates can be adjusted in the back office when costs change.
Cash payment option
Some passengers prefer to settle up in person. At checkout, they can choose to pay the chauffeur in cash on the day of the trip.
For the owner, the booking still comes through the website with all the trip details, so cash customers are handled with the same confirmation and records as everyone else.
Google review link and printable QR card
Asking for a review needs to be quick, or it does not happen. We set up a short /review link that sends passengers straight to the Google review form, and a printable QR card that can sit in the vehicle.
A passenger can scan the card on the way out, or the owner can text the link after the trip. Either way, it takes seconds. Our guide to the Google Business Profile for limo companies explains why reviews matter for local search.
A blog
The site includes a blog so the business can publish articles about its services, the airport and the Atlanta area. Each post is its own page with a title and description, which gives search engines more useful content to show and gives passengers answers before they book.
SEO setup
We handled the technical search basics during the build. Every page has a unique title and description. JSON-LD structured data describes the business and its pages in a format search engines read. A sitemap lists the pages so they can be discovered and indexed. These are the foundations covered in our limo SEO basics guide.
For passengers, this shows up as clear, accurate listings in search results. For the owner, it means the site was ready to be found from launch rather than needing a separate SEO project later.
What's next
The site is set up to keep improving with normal use. The owner can publish new blog posts, adjust mileage bands as costs change, and keep collecting reviews with the /review link and QR card. Each of these builds on the foundation that is already in place.
