FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Pricing, ownership, setup and what the booking system can and cannot do.

01

Price and ownership

What does the price include?
A custom website for your limo business with the booking system built in, set up for you: your logo, colors, vehicles, rates, service area and pages, plus the back office to run bookings. Pay once and the website is yours; pay monthly and you rent the same website from us.
What is the founding price?
The first 25 operators pay $499 once instead of $999. Same website, same optional hosting at $199 a year, same ownership. Once those 25 places are taken, the pay-once price is $999.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you choose the monthly plan. Pay once and the only recurring cost from us is optional hosting at $199 a year, which includes every update. If you host it yourself, you get 12 months of updates and can then add updates for $99 a year if you want them. If you would rather not pay upfront, the monthly plan is $79 a month with hosting and updates included and a 12-month minimum.
Do I own the website on the monthly plan?
No. The monthly plan is a rental: the same website, booking system and back office with hosting and updates included, but the site stays with us. Ownership comes with paying once. You can switch to pay once at any time; monthly payments already made are not credited toward it.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. There are no per-trip or per-booking fees. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account, and cash trips are paid to your chauffeur.
What other costs should I expect?
Your domain name, card processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal, and text message costs if you switch on Twilio texts. Address lookup uses your own Google Maps key; small operators often stay inside Google's free usage allowance, but check Google's current pricing.
What happens if I want to leave?
Ask for a full working copy of your website and booking system at any time and we hand it over, so you can run it on any standard PHP host.

Getting set up

How long does it take to go live?
Most of the time is spent waiting on content. Once we have your logo, vehicle photos, rates and service area, a site is typically live within days. We keep you updated at each step.
I don't have a website or a domain. Is that a problem?
No, that is exactly who EazyLimo is built for. We help you choose and connect a domain and we can host the site for you.
I already have a website. Can you replace it?
Yes. We review your current pages with you first, then move your domain to the new site so you keep your web address.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We build and configure everything, including connecting your own Stripe or PayPal account and your Google key. After launch you manage bookings from a simple back office.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. The live demo is a working operator website: get a quote, choose a vehicle and walk through checkout without signing up or talking to anyone.

03

The product

What kinds of trips can customers book?
Point to point transfers, hourly bookings, airport trips with flight details, round trips and trips with up to three stops.
How are prices calculated?
You choose the rules: a flat price for the first miles, mileage bands, per-mile rates, minimum fares, hourly rates with minimum hours and flat routes such as airport runs. Add night, weekend, holiday and airport surcharges, extra stops, child seats, meet and greet, gratuity, tax and promo codes. Long trips can be set to quote only.
How do my customers pay?
By card through your own Stripe account, through PayPal, in cash to the chauffeur, or billed to a corporate account on a monthly invoice. You decide which options to offer.
Will my website show up on Google?
The site is built for search from the start: unique titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, fast server-rendered pages, and airport and city pages. No one can honestly guarantee rankings, but you start with the right foundations.
Is there a driver app or live GPS tracking?
Not as an app-store app, and there is no live GPS map. Drivers get a simple text link to mark a trip on the way, arrived, on board and completed, and passengers can receive status texts.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. From the back office you can edit pages, write blog posts, manage FAQs and reviews, change rates and vehicles, and generate airport and city pages.
