What does the price include?
A custom website for your limo business with the booking system built in, set up for you: your logo, colors, vehicles, rates, service area and pages, plus the back office to run bookings. Pay once and the website is yours; pay monthly and you rent the same website from us.
What is the founding price?
The first 25 operators pay $499 once instead of $999. Same website, same optional hosting at $199 a year, same ownership. Once those 25 places are taken, the pay-once price is $999.
Is there a monthly fee?
Only if you choose the monthly plan. Pay once and the only recurring cost from us is optional hosting at $199 a year, which includes every update. If you host it yourself, you get 12 months of updates and can then add updates for $99 a year if you want them. If you would rather not pay upfront, the monthly plan is $79 a month with hosting and updates included and a 12-month minimum.
Do I own the website on the monthly plan?
No. The monthly plan is a rental: the same website, booking system and back office with hosting and updates included, but the site stays with us. Ownership comes with paying once. You can switch to pay once at any time; monthly payments already made are not credited toward it.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. There are no per-trip or per-booking fees. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe or PayPal account, and cash trips are paid to your chauffeur.
What other costs should I expect?
Your domain name, card processing fees charged by Stripe or PayPal, and text message costs if you switch on Twilio texts. Address lookup uses your own Google Maps key; small operators often stay inside Google's free usage allowance, but check Google's current pricing.
What happens if I want to leave?
Ask for a full working copy of your website and booking system at any time and we hand it over, so you can run it on any standard PHP host.
