Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of eazylimo.com and to buying an EazyLimo website, hosting or updates. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Information on this site

We write our guides and comparisons carefully, but they are general information, not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice. Other vendors change their plans and features, so check current pricing and terms with each vendor before you decide.

Your EazyLimo website

An EazyLimo website is a one-time purchase of $999, or $499 at the founding price while it is offered, unless your written order says otherwise. Before work starts we confirm the scope of your build, what we need from you and the order terms, including refunds, in writing.

Once the one-time purchase is paid, the website we build for you, its content and your business data are yours to use for your business. You can ask for a full working copy at any time.

Monthly plan

• The monthly plan costs $79 per month with no setup fee. Hosting and product updates are included.
• The minimum term is 12 months. After that you can cancel at any time and the plan ends at the close of the paid month.
• On the monthly plan the website remains ours and is licensed to you while the plan is active. Your content and your business data are yours on every plan, and we will export them on request.
• You can switch to a one-time purchase at any time by paying the then-current pay-once price. Monthly payments already made are not credited toward it.

Hosting and updates

• Hosting for a website you have bought is optional and costs $199 per year. It renews yearly and includes all product updates while active.
• Self-hosted websites include 12 months of updates from launch. After that, updates are optional at $99 per year.
• If you stop hosting with us, we will provide a copy of your website on request so you can move it.

Accounts you connect

Payments, maps and text messages run through your own accounts with providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Google and Twilio. Those providers bill you directly and their terms apply. We help you connect them but we do not control them.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your transportation business, including licensing, insurance, permits, taxes, pricing, the policies you publish and how you treat your customers. You confirm that the content and photos you send us are yours to use.

No guaranteed results

We build websites to be fast, clear and search friendly, but we do not guarantee search rankings, a number of bookings or any particular business result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, EazyLimo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost bookings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect an order already confirmed in writing. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
