EazyLimo vs Moovs: Which Fits a Small Limo Operator
EazyLimo and Moovs compared for one- and two-car operators: the business model, the website and booking approach, ownership, and when Moovs is the better choice.

Moovs and EazyLimo both help chauffeured transportation operators take bookings online, but they are built on different business models. Moovs is subscription software with a free starting tier. EazyLimo is a done-for-you website with a built-in booking system that you pay for once and own ($999, or $499 at the founding price for the first 25 operators), with a $79 a month option if you prefer. For a one- or two-car operator running regular trips who wants a proper website and predictable costs, EazyLimo usually comes out ahead. For very low-volume or fast-growing operators, Moovs can make more sense. Here is how to tell which camp you are in.
The short verdict
Moovs is a modern subscription reservation and operations platform for chauffeured transportation, used by operators of many sizes. Its free tier covers a small number of rides each month, and paid plans add capacity and fleet-scale tooling as you grow.
EazyLimo is aimed at owner-operators with one or two vehicles. You get a custom, SEO-first website with booking, pricing, checkout and a simple back office, all built for you. Pay once and own it, or pay $79 a month, and the price does not change with the number of trips you run.
If you truly expect to stay within the free tier, Moovs may cost you little or nothing in platform fees. Once you are taking regular trips every week, check which plan you would need.
One-time purchase vs subscription
The two products are paid for in different ways. Moovs starts free and moves you to a paid subscription as your needs grow. EazyLimo is a one-time purchase. Plans, ride limits and fees change, so check the Moovs website for current terms before deciding.
| Option | How you pay | Over time |
|---|---|---|
| EazyLimo, pay once and we host | $999 once (founding price $499) | $199 per year hosting, all updates included |
| EazyLimo, pay once and self-host | $999 once (founding price $499) | 12 months of updates, then optional updates at $99 per year |
| EazyLimo, monthly plan | $79 a month, no setup fee | Hosting and updates included, 12-month minimum, you rent it rather than own it |
| Moovs free tier | Free, within its limits | Suits very low volume |
| Moovs paid plans | Subscription | A recurring fee set by the plan, plus any fees the platform charges on payments |
With EazyLimo, card payments run through your own Stripe account and you deal with Stripe directly, and the price stays the same however many trips you run: $1,596 over three years hosted at the list price, or $999 to $1,197 self-hosted, or $2,844 on the monthly plan.
A useful exercise: take last year's trip count and card revenue, work out the plan and any payment fees you would pay on a subscription over three years, and compare that total with paying once. Our full plans are on the pricing page.

When Moovs is the better choice
Moovs is a sensible pick in several situations, and it is worth being clear about them:
- You run very few rides. If you reliably stay within the free tier and just want to start without spending anything upfront, that is hard to beat on day one.
- You run a larger fleet with several drivers and dispatch staff and want more fleet-scale tooling.
- You need native apps or live GPS tracking. EazyLimo does not include app-store apps or a live GPS map. Check what the Moovs plans include.
- You want automatic dispatch, affiliate networks or accounting integrations. EazyLimo has no automatic dispatch, no GNET connection and no QuickBooks sync.
- You prefer paying monthly rather than making a one-time purchase.
Look at the current Moovs pricing and feature pages to confirm the details for your situation.
Switching from Moovs to EazyLimo
Moving over is straightforward, and you can keep your current setup running until the new site is ready.
- Gather your assets. Logo, vehicle photos, rates, service areas and airports.
- Export what you want to keep. Customer lists, upcoming bookings and any corporate client details.
- Send it to us. We build your site, set up pricing, connect your own Stripe and Google keys, and add corporate accounts for repeat business clients. Sites are typically live within days.
- Check your prices. Use the test-a-quote tool on real trips until the numbers match what you charge today.
- Go live. Point your domain, enter any upcoming trips as manual bookings, and wind down the old account.

The bottom line
Moovs lowers the cost of getting started and scales up with subscription plans. EazyLimo asks you to pay once ($999, or $499 at the founding price) and then stays at that price, with a custom website included, or $79 a month if you prefer. If your business runs regular trips with one or two cars, work out the three-year total for both at your own volume. If you are tiny and testing the waters, or large and need fleet tooling, Moovs deserves a close look.
